Summary: We had some difficulty communicating with owner. On our arrival the bathroom had not been cleaned. Dirty towels were in tub and grime and hair evident. Hair in a bed pillow. No hand towels. 1 dishtowel. Soaps/ shampoos either empty or near empty. Dog poop in yard had not been picked up. Rest of house was nice, functional. Beds comfortable. Did not try sofa bed. Nice neighborhood.

Summary: The house is well decorated with a music/jazz theme. The layout of the house is very family friendly. And spotless- The kitchen was well appointed and stocked with coffee, creamer, etc. the back yard was great for us because we have two small dogs. Overall it was a most comfortable place to stay.

Summary: They property was as described. The kids loved the musical instrument theme. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I like all the side walks in the area. My son and I were able to go on a nice walk/ run. The neighborhood was nice, clean and kept up. The home also had a fenced in yard with a privacy fence.
