Positive: Breathtaking decor and attention to detail throughout. Gorgeous rooms/villas and a beautiful beach/pool area to relax in. Staff are all super friendly and attentive. Real five star treatment from the moment you arrive. Complimentary bottled water was plentiful and ideal for my pregnant partner. The food was amazing. Extremely well priced for such a high end five star hotel!

Positive: The whole hotel was utterly amazing! Visually stunning, unlike anything we have seen. We knew it was going to be amazing but it blew us away. The room was amazing, we were in shock as we entered our room after checking in, cannot speak any higher of this beautiful hotel and staff.

Positive: This turned into 6 nights as we didn't want to leave. It was paradise, the staff were soooo lovely we even joined them at the closing party. Tassos & Theodore made us feel like royalty & the food was top notch. The 9 course taster menu in Ches restaurant was fabulous. If I could give 20 score I would. It is unique, uplifting & fabulous. Best hotel we have ever stayed in.

Negative: Nothing at all. Maria, Denise, Marianna, Lorelee, Sandy, Miss Joanne were simply first class
