Positive: Comfortable bed, modern furniture, fresh towels and clean bathroom There is a fully equipped Gym Receptionist and cleaning ladies are very helpful and nice

Negative: The room was full of dust, as if it were cleaned months ago.. the bed smelled like mold.. even though the air conditioner was on and we opened the window several times a day but the room was still dusty and the air was stuffy.. There was No garbage bin in the bathroom No second towel hanger, room is prepared for one person not for two also the bed was too small.. the swimming pool was not open

Positive: Staff are lovely and we had a few issues with things but the staff were quick to sort these out. Would stay here again.

Negative: That the pool wasn’t open and that they don’t open it until June we were the end of May. I couldn’t see anywhere in the description or amenities that the pool only opens between certain months. (Not sure if that’s lack of information is booking.com or the hotel. It was 28-34 degrees when we were over and we booked it for the pool so that was disappointing and should be advised upfront.

Positive: Didn’t try the breakfast. The room was nice and clean but the microwave didn’t work which was a tad annoying . The bar didn’t open till 6pm in the evening which was a nuisance as we were on holiday! We like to have an afternoon drink. Drink was expensive as was the food. Nothing for me as a vegan. Had to do with chips. Very poor

Negative: Bar should be open earlier, like midday. They should sell snacks. Pool was closed too and we were not made aware of this until arrival. Disappointing. More choice of food on the menu to cater for all.

Summary: Little break with my daughter as a birthday treat.
