Summary: Room was lovely and clean, the staff were very friendly the lounge area was great for a drink and the restaurant food was really good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was superb.

Summary: Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a good location with the option of some parking spaces or on-street parking which is free between 5pm and 10am. Our room was modern, bright and well appointed. We had a room at the front of the property with a good view of the harbour and hills in the distance. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Summary: We worked in the hotel in 1977. The room we had was much smaller than previous rooms in the main building. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is perfect setting for discovering Ullapool. Restaurant is spacious and breakfast was good.

Summary: The room was very clean. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided with milk, sugar and a kettle. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, sweet pastries, cereal, yogurt and full cooked scottish of your choice. Definately would recommend.

Summary: Breakfast was great, good quality food and lots to choose from. We also had a meal in the bar which was also delicious and top quality . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only issue for us was the room was tired, didn’t get service at any point during our stay and don’t what ever you do look under the bed if you drop something. Other areas off hotel where clean just lacking that tlc in our room. Thanks for a great stay and great location.
