Summary: Check in process was terrible. I asked to check in at 1430hrs and was immediately told no it’s 1600hrs without the receptionist even checking her system. I explained I’m tired and very wet due to riding my motorcycle in the pouring rain - no help at all. The breakfast was terrible - rubber scrambled eggs, poor services staff just wondering around not cleaning up tables when they could see them. Very poor stay indeed. Room was a shoe box with no noise isolation at all, I could hear the people talking next door and doors kept slamming.

Summary: Great for the ferry and super hotel for a 3 star. Only issue we had were creaking floorboards above us as a guest decided to wander quite a bit though the night - not the hotels fault

Summary: We had a very nice room with a view where the minibar was included When we came for breakfast (you need to schedule a time slot) a lot of things were not available. For gluten intolerance there are less options. When we asked for some cheese (what I’m expecting paying £270 per night ) we got the answer that the hotel has no cheese Honestly- this is not acceptable, the team should even check more frequently their shirts as these did not look very clean - not sure what to expect from the kitchen
