Positive: The staff members were absolutely lovely, and they went above and beyond for us, helping us out when there was a hiccup in booking, and going out of their way to help us find a driver. This is a newly renovated building, so everything is still being sorted out, but the staff members are so helpful with anything that goes wrong that it doesn't matter too much.

Negative: There is no daily housekeeping just to make people aware. The water heater does need to be turned on under the sink every time you shower too, so don't forget to do that or you might get a shock 😅 the rooms are quite small too, so be prepared for that. Overall, these are minor problems and aren't too much of an issue.
