Summary: The jacuzzi was not clean. There were no shower gel and shampoo in the room. Staff at reception was impatient and did not explain all of the things to us.

Summary: Stayed for a week in September-October. Good solid breakfast, and plenty if restaurants ro choose feom in the neighborhood. Beach access with dedicated shades and sunbeds. Swimup pool convenient but not heated - colder than the ocean.

Summary: Spent 5 nights at this hotel and when arriving we were surprisingly upgraded to a bigger room with a shared swimming pool and a huge terrace with our own sun beds. Very quiet at the end of the corridor. The facility closest to the beach feels modern and clean. The rooms (at least ours) was aged and a bit outdated. Yes it was satisfactory clean. We chose All inclusive and the variety and themes were really good. Lots of gluten free options, and also the kitchen could make other dishes upon request. We didn’t use the pool area since we had our own, but it was quite small and guests took beds way before opening. The private beach with umbrellas was nice, but the waves were too high to safely swim but the beach guards were good at monitoring and looking out for the guests.

Summary: This is a great resort! Nice staff, great rooms, nice pools. The food was excellent! The only thing we noticed were the ants. Many ants, and also in our room.

Summary: The place was lovely. Most guests purchase some sort of all-inclusive package for the family and don’t leave the property for anything. That is too bad since there is too much nearby. The hotel was lovely but our air conditioning failed the last night and no one had expertise to fix it. So that was very unpleasant.
