Positive: Beautiful and comfortable house with unique traditional Ibizan design features. Very well equipped in terms of kitchen, laundry equipment etc. Less than 5 minutes walk from Cala Serena Beach. Safe gated complex with easy parking. Owner was extremely kind and courteous.

Positive: The best was the location for visiting coves and beaches, the place is quite, safe, and it has a parking, the communication with the host was fluent, clear and reliable which is great.

Negative: The mattresses were really uncomfortable, my dad couldn’t sleep well because of the mattresses, the house has a particular odor it comes from the pipes inside the house so sometimes it smells like sewer, I will also suggest to provide cleaning products for the HOUSE like: bleach(not provided), more dish washer soap(provided in small quantities), floors cleaners(not provided), more toilet paper(provided), napkins(not provided), for the price we pay these products should be provided in more generous quantities.
