Positive: The space! To have a three room ‘apartment’ in a bed and breakfast has never happened to us before…and we have stayed in quite a few. It was a delight to have fresh croissants delivered to our door every morning by our lovely hostess, Clare. These supplemented the fresh orange, milk, cereals and fruit that were already waiting for us on arrival. To have a decent sized fridge and microwave, in the breakfast room, meant that we could have a takeaway and enjoy chilled drinks on one evening. The bed was also large and very comfortable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.

Positive: Nice touches in the room such as wall decoration. Easter decorations. Good sized room and large TV. Good quality tea and coffee and a good selection for continental breakfast. Host was pleasant and helpful. Responded immediately when we had a problem with the heating and TV.

Negative: Because the hosts kitchen isn't fully closed off from the accommodation area the cooking smells and noise gets through to the room, also has a tiled floor so doesn't help to keep the room warm as a carpet does.

Positive: Clean friendly and convenient for where we wanted to be. Great to have a suite of rooms to ourselves and the hosts were welcoming and informative. No issues with parking - clear instructions given before arrival. Breakfast was great with warm pastries and fruit.

Positive: Lovely friendly welcome from host and answered any questions we had. Place had everything we needed and more for a couple of nights stay. Very handy for a couple of chippy's and a supermarket too.... For us, the location was perfect as we had a few days in the area and it was close enough to Lincoln to get there easily by car or bus

Negative: Backing into the car parking space was a bit tricky! But I'm not the most confident driver!!!

Positive: We loved the warm welcome and the ‘Above and beyond’ attitude of the hosts. The room was spacious and had a separate dining area for breakfast. Quiet little location just 40 minutes from Lincoln. Clare and her partner Shaun were so friendly and we would definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommend.
