Positive: Great location, close to everything you want to be close to but away from the hassle. The hostel is really clean and facilities are at a high standard. The staff are all really nice, going above and beyond sorting out football tickets in another city etc. There was a misunderstanding with my washing - mistakes happen but it's how someone deals with making a mistake that is a true test of their character. They admitted their fault, were extremely gracious & polite and rectified the situation very quickly.

Negative: A minor misunderstanding with laundry. Make sure you get in early, they only do one load a day (even if you're before the time limit) I was told to come back the day after by a new member of staff. It turns out they don't do it on Sunday, so I had to wait an extra day. Nothing unreasonable but a minor breakdown in communication, no real issues.
