Positive: Very nice apartment, clean and organized with all necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. The location is great and the host was very helpful for any requests we had.

Negative: The entrance of the building is not as great as the apartment.

Summary: Beautiful apartment as per the photos. Very clean and with nice furniture. Convenient location.

Positive: The view from the living room with the window wall is excellent! The location across from Lisbon was very convenient with the ferry a 10 minute walk. The apartment is quite nice and had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Lots of great restaurants with 10-15 minutes walk. If you are a light sleeper, use the middle bedroom as the elevator is quite noisy and the shaft is on the other side of the wall in the other bedroom. Highly recommend staying here.

Negative: The surrounding area is a bit sketchy. Lots of dog poop on the grounds. One of the elevators was faulty. (Not responsibility of owner). The shower drain does need to flushed as it backs up and is unpleasant.

Positive: The apartment is on the top floor and the view is quite incredible. Really easy and cheap to get to Lisbon city centre via the ferry which runs every 20 mins and is only a few minutes walk from the apartment

Positive: Very clean and with nice little touches: we had two small bottles of port wine and sweet wine. The apartment is well equipped and the view is magnificent. Would go back again.

Negative: Nothing really. Not much storage space for clothes if you stay for a while. No washing machine which might be a problem if guests stay for more than just a few days.

Positive: It is the ideal choice when we drive to Lisbon and park the car downstairs for 2 euros daily. Then take an Uber or the ferry to visit. We also like the open-space design of the apartment.
