Positive: The golf course and the very comfortable room. The spa treatment was fab, staff very helpful.

Negative: They had a big golf tournament which meant we couldn’t use the facilities the second night and had to go out no Restuarant or bar was available to us only room service!

Positive: The rooms were large and pleasant. Ours were on the ground floor and had external access and a small seating area, which was pleasant to sit out in the evening.. The breakfast was very good and the serving staff at dinner were friendly.

Negative: We had difficulty finding the hotel. Its entrance has a gate with absolutely no signage, There is an electronic gate, again with no instructions. It is as if they want to keep the place a secret. I drove past and spent time trying to find an entrance. I phoned the hotel for directions and they were most unhelpful - we do not have a gate, she said. A very bad start to our experience., which took some time to recover from. The dinner menu is very limited. We stayed two nights and would have run out of options had we stayed more. The atmosphere was quite corporate, with conferences and other events taking place and sometimes making access to public areas difficult.

Summary: A secret hotel, but once you are in it is good.
