Summary: Very disappointed. Got put in a run down motel, bugs and dirty. Toilet clogged etc. cabins that I thought I was getting looked much nicer. Location was okay

Summary: No ac in bedrooms, mold in shower, nasty smelly carpet, bathroom sink drain stuck closed, several spiders, tables had not been wiped, WiFi horrible, “soundproof” is a joke, picture of room was not accurate.

Summary: The room was clean however the refrigerator did not work and I called and they said they would send someone no one came so I called back. They brought us another one but left the old one. We also had ants that they said someone would come but never did. The biggest problem was the desk clerk was extremely rude and yelled at me than finally said go get her some fudge so this problem will go away than walked in other room and closed door while I was still talking to him. Tryed to speak to manager but he said it was expedias responsibility they tryed to get a supervisor and we’re hung up and told they would not do anything about it. So very wrong to be treated this way at Cabins of Mackinac

Summary: Beautiful convenient setting. Beach and downtown you can walk to. The carpet was dirty in the corners as well as the shower floor and window sills. Our particular cabin was nearest the neighboring trash trucks lot. The first morning we thought they were demoing our cabin, but we got use to the morning wakeup noise.

Summary: The hotel was cozy. It was really nice having access to a water park. It wasn't huge but still decent sized. The hours however weren't condusive to a family getaway. Opened at 2p til 10p. So no way to take the kids in for a quick dip before leaving or go for a swim before going on a trip. Our room has some issues. One of the beds looked made/clean but after my daughter was already laying in it she noticed that there was food crumbs and acne patches all over the sheet. One of the floor tiles needed to be reattached to the floor bc it would stick to our feet and come up with it. The bathroom door handle was loose and getting to the point where we couldn't get out of the bathroom so I had to tighten the screws with a butter knife.

Summary: The chalet was somewhat clean, but the water heater needed to be reset and the phone was non-functioning. The water heater problem was corrected, but the phone line had been cut the day before by a careless landscaper.

Summary: Overall the stay was good. Room could have been a little more clean, the refrigerator didn’t have a knob to adjust the temperature, the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan and the jetted tub worked, but it definitely hadn't been used in awhile. But for someplace to sleep, it was worth the stay. Room was quite and comfortable
