Summary: Followed google maps and it took us through the cabin area. The guy got really angry with me. Almost turned around and left. View was nice. No soap in the bathroom.

Summary: You cannot beat the view from these cabins. The sun rises over the grand canyon and it's a short 2 mile walk to the edge - just gorgeous. And hardly anyone around. Sunset is also beautiful. Safe, clean, quiet. Convenient location - the Skywalk is just 10 minutes down the road (to the right). Overall a comfortable stay - just a few comments.... No store around to buy water, snacks, medicine, etc. so go prepared. Cars are all parked out front of the porch area where the view is. The restaurant closes at 5pm and the food is terrible (go 12 miles down to the left to the ranch restaurant instead). The AC is loud. No late checkout.

Summary: The view and cabin were amazing. It is worth mentioning that this is incredibly remote-GPS stopped working about thirty minutes before we got there. Be sure to pack food with you. There is one restaurant with limited options on the property but it closes at 5:15pm. We absolutely loved how quiet and tranquil it was, but it was not a dark sky area as listed, unless all of your neighbors turn out their porch lights. Absolutely stunning sunset though-do not miss it!!!

Summary: The view from the porch was amazing. Perfect for watching sunrise, sunset and stargazing. Close proximity to the skywalk made it easy to see the sights. Check-in and check-out staff were very helpful and friendly.

Summary: These cabins are a great stay when taking in the west end of the Grand Canyon. Be sure to stop at the Grand Canyon West Ranch for dinner in the ranch house followed by a campfire and songs lead by Cowboy Dave. This was a fun experience in a beautiful setting.

Summary: Everything as advertized, and a coffee maker in addition to that! Great view, and so close to the Skywalk! Definitely a recommendation.

Summary: The photos of the cabin layout and the amenities at the resort were misleading. The cabin, while spotless and in nice condition, was a duplex and small for a family of three. The front desk while nice were not helpful. They didn’t know basic concierge things like times when the shops were open or how long the zip line across from there office would take to complete. Also they didn’t tell us about the all access pass and the young man said it had just changed and knew nothing useful about it which was frustrating. Make sure to research the access pass and how to use it before you get there. Plus all the shops in the hailiali village close at 5:30 so if you’re not there in time you won’t see anything or have food - everything was always closed during the week except the restaurant. The restaurant and its staff were really nice and helpful. While it’s location was near the canyon, it’s far from anywhere else and takes at least 15 minutes to get to the next resort/ranch with food. It was an awesome view to wake up to and the trails were nice, I just wish I would’ve known more of what to expect and not been misled by the photos and details on the app.
