Positive: It was very clean and comfortable. Private. I like that it did not have a lot of rules. Although, I didn't see the check out list until after we left, but we had did everything on the list because you should clean up behind yourselves anyway. It wasn't any extra things you shouldn't have to do.

Negative: I didn't like that the primary suite would have to share the bathroom with guests. it was just me and my husband but I thought if we had brought another couple they would have to walk upstairs each time to use the bathroom or share the main. I never like jack and Jill type bathrooms. I wished that the main suite would have had a TV like the 2 rooms upstairs. Just minor things. Nothing to make me give a bad rating for. Overall it was serene. We were there for my birthday and went horseback riding.

Negative: The coffee maker was the only thing, it needs replaced . Not working properly.

Positive: Loved the setting, so quiet and peaceful! Loved listening to the birds! The jacuzzi tub was fabulous! And the pool table was a plus. Very unique building design we would love to know how it was constructed and where the materials came from, did the pine come from the property? The hand rail going upstairs was very unique! It was a pleasure to stay at Trout Lily! I’m glad I found it! Were from Portland OR and we went to Cleveland GA for our Grandsons Wedding. This cabin was a welcoming relaxing change from the traditional Hotel accommodation!

Positive: Almost everything The hot tub was great The bed was very comfortable I was so glad there was a washer and dryer

Negative: There wasn't a dish washer, the shower didn't have enough hot water, the room with the pool table was too small (the pool stick would hit the wall) The road to the cabin was very rough. Had it been raining hard we might have got stuck. A paved or gravel driveway would have been better.
