3 Bedroom House in Crouch, Garden Valley

This unique property located in Downtown Crouch/Garden Valley, Idaho. Crouch is a small incorporated city (Garden Valley is the area surrounding Crouch), We only have about 170 folks, so if you’re worried about noise, the streets pretty much roll up at 9pm. Unless it’s the 4th of July!!!
Crouch is a pretty laid back town, so be prepared to meet friendly folks, laugh, enjoy and relax. 2 Coffee shops w/food, Full size Market w/Deli, liquor & pharmacy, a 19 acre park with River Access, beach, basketball courts, pavillion & walking trail. Starlight Mt. Theatre/summer, fun little shops, Thrift store, 2 Rivers Grill just across the driveway, is a great place to eat, you can also go down the street about 5 min. walk to the Dirty Shame for food and a full bar, Farmers Market Sat/Summer. Wine Bar, & more!
This property has 3 Bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 Baths (The half bath is Handicap/wheelchair accessible) In fact we have pavement all the way to the front door, and it’s all one level. Full Kitchen, Dining and Living Room. Our Outdoor Fire Pit

The property can sleep up to 8 in Beds. And you can add 4 more guests if you BYOB bring your own BAG (Sleeping Bags) for the last four sleeping spots which include 2 Day Beds, and 2 floor mattresses. Speaking of beds, we have a play n pack available if you’re bringing a wee one with you, and we don’t even count them as one of the 12 guests.
We have Easy access all year round, and we’re easy to find, you won’t have to wander around the woods looking for the property . Lots of parking in both back and front. Please don't park any vehicles to the right side of the property as this is access to storage units, a business and other private housing.

Summary: We had a great stay for the 4th of July. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed. Jessica was great to work with. Very quick to reply to my silly question. The cabin is right in town but above the road so that cuts down on the noise. The view of the fireworks was amazing!We love Garden Valley and will be back. Thank you Jessica!

Summary: Being right near everything in Crouch made it great. We didn't really need to use the vehicle often, we could just walk to the grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops and even the city park. As long as you don't mind the sound of passing vehicles at night and the sounds of nature, this is a great place to stay.

Summary: My Mom, brother and two granddaughters stayed. We walked to town, to the park, did a little shopping and walked to the river beaches. All a short distance from the cabin. We swam in the Hotsprings pool at Terrace Lakes. Which was a short drive. Very clean and comfortable cabin. So much room for all of us. Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. We would recommend this cabin. Sweet spot and place to stay.

Summary: We had a great time. Location was walking distance to everything in Crouch. House was a good fit for our large family. The place was clean and simple.The kitchen was small but fine for a few people to work in. Unfortunately we had planned on using the bbq grill (that was advertised) to prepare both meals we were eating there. We prepped and brought a variety of marinated meat, cob corn, veggies, and other bbq food items. There was not a working grill onsite. There was a small travel smoker in the front but would not have been able to cook meat and veggies for more than 2-3 people (we booked 9). So, after communication with the owner trying to locate the grill, we had to eat out, which cost a couple hundred dollars each time, a huge bummer for us, since we were on a tight budget. And then much of the food we had brought didn’t keep for our journey home. SO, I’m hoping the owner updates the descriptions on the website to make note for people who are counting on a bbq grill. She did mention sending something to make it right, so I’m hoping to be reimbursed something (either financial or credit toward another stay), but I haven’t seen it yet (stay was two weeks ago). Owner was fairly quick to respond to my messages, but didn’t know about a grill as she just purchased the place. *I will update our comments if I see any financial compensation Or stay credit come through. Outside of that huge bummer for us, we had a good time.
