Positive: Fantastic stay! It had all the kitchen essentials, WD, pool table, and was clean. Vacasa had shared a starter kit which was helpful as we forgot the dish soap when picking up groceries along the way. We also saw a black bear 🐻 across the street! Perfection!!

Negative: No complaints really. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Negative: The code for checking in didn’t work. I called Vasco and told them that the battery was dead. They gave me a code to get the key. They have texted me endlessly about signing the agreement as late as the day we checked out. I sent them an email that we will not rent again since they are very unorganized.

Negative: We were very upset that the fireplace did not work. We rented the cabin for this reason

Negative: The parking was terrible, we could not get the door unlocked with the code, had to call and get the key from lock box. More lighting is needed outside also.

Summary: I was satisfied with the cabin except for having trouble getting in.

Positive: The cabin was beautiful. Very cozy. Everything you need for a stay was there. Kitchen well supplied.

Negative: Driveway should loop around. Getting luggage in and out was difficult with the steep drive and no flat place to park. No bear proof trash can. Would have loved to have a hot tub.

Summary: Aside from the drive way and lack of hot tub very beautiful and comfortable cabin. Would rent again.
