Enjoy a peaceful stay in this beautiful cabin near the foot of House Mountain. Conveniently located just 18 miles from the square in downtown Knoxville, 40 miles from Dollywood, Gatlinburg and 50 miles from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The private cabin sits on 30 acres of rolling hills and meadows with spectacular views of House Mountain and Clinch Mountain.
Hike up beautiful House Mountain and look down on the cabin from the lookout rock at the top. You won’t want to leave!
The space
This cozy and private one bedroom cabin has stunning mountain and meadow views with a plush king size Nectar bed and a queen sleeper sofa (suitable for children - after all a sofa bed has a 3 inch mattress). The cabin is spacious, with an open concept living area. Kitchen is well equipped with amenities available in most standard kitchens. The bathroom is newly renovated and includes a washer and dryer. A wide variety of books, games and hiking will help you relax and unwind. TV’s are in the bedroom and living area. Free parking.

Guests have full access to the cabin side of the building. Free parking is available on the gravel turnaround. The garage side of the cabin will not be accessible to guests. The owners live onsite and may work in the garage attached to the cabin from time to time during your stay.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here while visiting my family in a neighboring town. When we arrived we were amazed at this beautiful little place on a beautiful property. It was so peaceful there and so quiet. We woke up very rested and refreshed and looked forward to returning there at the end of the day. Cheri answered our questions very quickly and made us feel at home. We really hope to return again.

Summary: Lovely cabin nicely furnished with everything you need including body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Everything was in good working order. Pictures really don't do justice, it feels much larger and is very nice. Could use new bed pillows.
