Summary: A good place for its price point and very convenient to the PNC Pavilion. Check in was somewhat chaotic. The first person at the desk needed to call for backup. They said they charge a $25 down payment for non smoking rooms, which isn’t on the Hotels.com listing. Still, the people were pleasant. We weren’t expecting luxury. The room was clean with decent bed linens. The A/C worked, which was essential in 90+ degree heat. The bath towels were small and it would be good to have more than 2 in a room for two people. The bathroom was ok on cleanliness but the corners could use a good mopping. There was a bit of an odor - probably the cleaner - when we arrived but not smoke (non smoking room). I would stay there again as a reasonably priced, no frills spot to sleep.

Summary: This very old hotel looked abandoned when i artived, no cars in the parking lot. I would be returning alone adter dark and felt unsafe there. I list my non-refundable deposit and went to another hotel. I do not recommend this for single women.traveling

Summary: Good property for an overnight stay, property is old but room was clean, but bring your own towel and cloth. The Staff was very friendly and it’s a great location for malls and outlets and restaurants

Summary: This hotel is basic, but for the price you can't go wrong. The smoking room was perfect for my wife. Bed was comfortable.
