Positive: The view was amazing.
Negative: The parents of the host behave as if they do you a favour to be allowed in the house. From the moment we arrived they commented that we brought a dog, even if the accommodation was listed as pet friendly. Then they kept commenting about this for 3 days in a row, even if he is a well behaved dog and didn't do any harm. They only finished commenting when I messaged their son to complain about this. They said the house is not a stable (in Romanian, grajd), saying that they never allow their own animals in the house. About the outside though, it was impossible anyway to leave the dog, because there was a huge shepherd dog that kept coming over from another property (because the fence still has places where dogs can crawl under) and we were actually very afraid to even go out ourselves. This also got solved 2 days after we complained to the owner through messages. On top of this, all the cutlery was not clean, it was very sticky so we had to clean them all ourselves. The pots still had traces of polenta on them. The bathrooms also were not clean so we ended up cleaning them ourselves. The parents of the host also kept coming in the house almost every day, which wouldn't be such a problem if this would be written in the description. So in case you want more privacy that's not really included, even if theoretically you are renting the whole place. And the worst part was that on the last day they came a little before 9 AM and the mother of the host started a scandal being very angry that we told her son (the main host who isn't around) all of our complaints, especially that we commented about the cleanliness. She also threatened us that she has videos and photos of us from the accommodation (not sure what she wants to do with them). It was surreal to have such a 'goodbye'.
