Positive: The chalet is very isolated. The yard facilities (telescope, zip line, etc.) are awesome! The chalet is warm and cozy. The host is helpful and kind.

Negative: It is better to drive to the chalet on an SUV at day light.

Positive: A cosy 4-bedroom wooden cabin at the top of the Carpathian Apuseni mountains, with a great fireplace and better wifi than downtown London. You could easily spend a few weeks here.

Positive: The location is fantastic it was the first time when I experienced a stay in mountains and I liked that the owners thought about their guest and brought a lot of things to make the stay more interesting. ( telescope, billiard tennis table...)

Negative: Didn't know from the start that we need to.take anything you need for the stay, because the way back isn't easy and the shop is far.

Positive: This cottage is luxury on top of the mountains. An amazing of the grid experience. The view from the top is unparalleled. You can hear the silence. The night ski full of stars is an unforgettable experience. The owner did a great job with the house and the landscaping. The owners are very kind. They provided us with a gallon of bottled water and bath towels even though these were not included. Just remember to bring anything you might need for your stay.

Negative: The last portion of the road is a bit rough but you can leave the car on the plateau before the last curve. Internet signal is sporadic, but remember you are on the top of the mountain.
