Positive: The location was excellent for us, events centered at City Park. The size of the room was great. We did not have a view as expected, but that was ok. The bed was very comfortable.

Negative: The toilet could work better, needs some attention. The room is a bit tired, especially the carpets.

Positive: They have a good stuff, a good bed and it’s comfortable.

Negative: The stay was overall pleasant, but the cabin did not fully match the photos and is not actually very close to the beach. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning made it quite uncomfortable during the summer, especially in July. Aside from that, everything went smoothly.

Positive: Fantastic location - the lake is across the street, nice grocery store and some food options convenient 1/2 block away. Chelan center is a 10 min walk. The pool was nice, so was dedicated parking spot. Place was clean overall.

Negative: Internet connection was bad, and worse in the evening. Some daily necessities were lacking - only 1 knife, no cutting boards, no sugar. Cooking pans were scratched up. Furniture was tired. Just outdated overall, but we can’t complain too much for the price

Positive: The location was very convenient for first timers in Chelan. Check in/out was simple and easy. Place was comfortable for our needs. Kitchen amenities were better than advertised.

Negative: The odor when we check in was foul. Smelled musky, old and moist. The bathroom tub was plugged causing it to drain very slow leaving the tub slippery to stand in and gross after each shower; had to be cleaned in between each use. Bathroom had no counter or shelves for our toiletries so I had the bag on the floor to find the next day the sink was leaking from the bottom seal and soaked all my items and makeup. A shelve by the sink could easily fix this inconvenience. Also recommend install a light above the bathroom sink and a mirror in the common area for those trying to get ready for their day.
