Positive: Close to beach, was able to upgrade booking to have a view

Negative: Was not allowed to check in until 2pm, we were back packing and arrived at 11. The room was not in use, so do not see why we could not access

Positive: My first stay in a tent, and boy, what a place I chose for it! Slept in a real bed, and very comforting at that. Everything was clean and neat but I am by far impressed by the staff - so friendly and helpful!

Positive: The location is easy to get to to. The staff were eager to help. The food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The beach was beautiful and the "tiki hut" shade was very welcomed.

Negative: The entrance to the hostal was muddy... it needed to be paved or graveled. For Ecuador, the price was too high for the type of facility that was offered.

Summary: Pleasant and quiet stay... very relaxing.
