Positive: Nice and clean and ideal location.

Negative: We didn’t have everything for self catering- for example : no drying cloth in kitchen or kitchen paper; no washing up liquid and cloth to clean table surfaces.

Positive: house was great value for money for 2 people. lovely double room, but could have been swapped with the upper room for the view! cosy and well equipped, good location for 1 night. very warm bed!

Negative: The fire was lovely but didn't heat the whole house. We went in October, so it was cold, but the fire wasn't quite good enough heating.

Positive: Good located in the center of Puyuhuapi. Chamnin in the living room and a lot of space.

Negative: In detail a lot of room for improvement. No mirror and shelvs in the bathroom. Poor equipment in the kitchen. You can see that some things need more maintanance. Not the best value for money.
