Positive: Beautiful location. Excellent evening meal and breakfast.

Negative: Staff came into my room without waiting to repair a desk. Didn’t say they’d come back later when they realised I was there. I was quite upset.

Summary: Beautiful hotel with amazing food. Spoilt by the maintenance staff coming into my room.

Positive: So peaceful and private, it was a wonderful place to relax and recharge, a dreamy retreat in the foothills of the Tramuntanas. The house and gardens were a joy to explore, staff were consistently wonderful, and the restaurant excellent. We'll be back for sure.
