Positive: Thanks a lot for very clean, nice, calm appartment. It is 3d time, I was happy to be there.

Negative: Too simple and not the best breakfast, you have to think about it. Your guests are coming from all aroind the world, so they want to see eggs, vegetables, fruit, not sweets. Would be happy to come more and more, but breakfast is not very good. MAURO, do something, food is not so expensive.

Positive: I stayed at Ca Gemma to do Treviso parkrun, if you're doing this then this accommodation is perfect as it is only 350m from the start and as there are no toilets at the start you can easily use your own bathroom before taking the short walk/jog to the start. Check in is 18:30 - 21:30 and check out is 10:00 but they allowed a later check in and check out for me. It is very quiet, and I had a full apartment area to myself with indoor private bathroom. The gentleman who checked me in spoke English and the couple there in the morning were also very pleasant.

Negative: There were a couple of bugs in the apartment and a little bit of what looked like mud but nothing you couldn't cope with. The breakfast isn't great if you're vegan as it consisted of a choice of apricot or wasabi croissant, yoghurt, chocolate muffin, white sliced bread with sliced cheese and ham.

Positive: Lovely accomodation very close to Treviso Parkrun. Our accommodation was warm and cosy on a cold winter night, and we very much appreciated that we were accommodated with a late check-in so that we could attend the parkrun

Positive: Its proximity to Treviso parkrun, just 400m away made this perfect if you are a parkrun tourist. The bus at the end of the road, 400m in the opposite direction, also made this very convenient to visit the centre of Treviso.

Negative: Arriving at 9:20pm with check in closing at 9:30pm it was difficult to access the property. A kettle in the room would have been very welcome as there was no refreshments available, or none that we could ask for with limited Italian on our part, and limited English on the part of our hosts.

Summary: Great location if you are a parkrunner.
