Positive: Fantastic property, very clean with great facilities and a very welcoming host. Great central location to explore the Langhe area and surrounding districts. Neive is a lovely small wine village with restaurants and enotecas within 2 minutes walk of the property. Parking for two vehicles on site. Washing machine and two bathrooms a real plus for our 4 day stay. Bedrooms are large. Communication with the host was easy and very prompt.

Negative: Wi-fi was bit of an issue I think due to the hilly nature of the village and being In rural Italy! Reception was available upstairs.

Summary: Fantastic property with excellent facilities and a very welcoming host.
