Summary: Great place to stay. We did a weekend at Royal Gorge. Perfect family room and kitchen area to hang out and play games. Good location in the middle of town. Well stocked. Beds were comfortable.

Summary: A very beautiful house. Very well stocked kitchen, Extra linens, all the necessary cleaning supplies you could need. The host was very responsive. Very detailed instructions on expectations. Easy to get in and out.

Summary: The inside of the house was exactly as the pictures showed online, so it was perfect for our family. The neighborhood could have been better, but we didn’t have any problems. The problem we did have was with the air conditioner. When we checked into the property it was 86 degrees in the house. We got a hold of the manager/owner and they said they would have someone come out to look at it. In the meantime they asked us to purchase fans and open windows. We left the next day for our rafting trip and came back to 90 degrees in the house. By the time they told us there was no fixing the AC we couldn’t find another place to stay in town. I know it was out of their control, but I wish we would have been offered an out. They had a technician come before we arrived so they knew that there was at least a possibility of this. Again the house was clean and very nicely done, so if they get the AC replaced I’m sure it would be a fantastic place to stay.
