Positive: The view was beautiful. the complex was very quiet.

Negative: Communication - I tried to call to get pick up instructions 3 times until I finally got a person on the phone. During our stay, I tried to call because the overhead fan would not shut off. I was on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up and just went to the office. The manager was nice and said she'd take care of it. We were gone all day, came back, fan still running, no note on status. My partner then looked into the remote and fixed the connection and then we could shut the fan off. Never heard from anyone again. Someone should clean the fan in the bathroom - gross.

Summary: Just OK - Pretty pricey.

Positive: Everything about our stay in C1 was EXCELLENT! The only thing we wished we had, that we didn't, was coffee in the unit...there was a coffee pot but no coffee? :-{ ....but John (from the office) was kind enough to make me a cup from his kitchen! Thanx again John! :)

Negative: Nothing...just put some coffee in the unit please! Also, the ice maker was over-flowing when we checked in, so we emptied it & pulled the arm up, so that it wouldn't make any more ice & we reported it to the office upon check out!

Summary: both John & Peter were AWESOME as was unit C1! We most definitely will be return customers!!! [:-}

Positive: The space is very cozy in design and location.

Negative: Beds were uncomfortable with either an extremely firm bed or a mattress on the loft floor. Additional rules imposed after the booking. Missing common amenities such as coffee and aluminum foil with no warning that the nearest store is a 30m ride away. Little to no response over the chat.

Positive: C1 is a cozy little condo with the most breathtaking view! The windows in the living room look straight down the valley - it has to be the best view in all the units. It has a full kitchen with cooking necessities, a living room with lots of seating (and a fold-out bed), a loft with two twin beds, and a separate bedroom. TVs in both the living room and the bedroom if that's your thing. Although it's a bit of a drive to get to it, it's totally worth it - super quiet, lots to explore around the Sunrise location (even during the summer!). Staff were super friendly and helpful!

Negative: While the kitchen was stocked with cookware, cutlery, and dinnerware, it's a bit slim on some of the staples for cooking, like oil and spices. We added salt and pepper, but be sure to bring what you need if you plan to cook! We also couldn't find any recycling bins on the property, so just took our recyclables into town with us.

Summary: A peaceful getaway with a breathtaking view!!
