Positive: The lobby area was great for everyone to sit around and hang out.

Negative: The manager that worked the Friday morning we got there was not friendly at all. Very rude. Refused to even help us because it was before check in time. The lady that actually checked us in was amazing

Positive: The kids loved the pool and the indoor courtyard provided a great place to meet up with family. The Hive restaurant next door was a great spot for both food and drinks.

Negative: The rooms that open onto the indoor courtyard are not very well lit.

Negative: It was freezing! I finally had to turn on the heat to be able to sleep. The thermostat controls were very confusing. When I arrived the room temperature was 63°.

Summary: It was nice to have family members in the same place & be able to gather together.

Positive: Breakfast was very good, lots of variety, hot eggs, muffins, sausages. The hotel is tastefully decorated, rooms are spacious, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed!

Negative: Absolutely nothing, all was perfect and enjoyed our stay.
