Summary: Small boutique hotel that couldn’t be better located in Cap Ferret. The rooms are small but nice. The one thing I will note is that I booked on hotels.com and when I checked in, the lady handling the check-in mentioned breakfast was available in the restaurant off the lobby. I enquired if she was sure breakfast was included and she said yes. I had paid €400 per night so assumed she was correct. On checkout, the same lady said it hadn’t been included so ended up paying €50 for two breakfasts that weren’t remotely worth that spend. Could have eaten at the lovely bakery across the street for a fraction. When I reminded her it was her who confirmed breakfast was included, she agreed she had, didn’t apologise and charged me anyway. Wrote to the hotel expressing my disappointment and they didn’t even have the courtesy to respond (been 4days.)
