Positive: Extremely clean room. The whole appartmenr was very well equipped.

Negative: The shutters remained closed even in the morning because the were covered by plastic coverage (some renovations were taking place outside the building).

Positive: The host was very responsive and offered us good recommendations for meals. Location is good. Communication from host was really good.

Negative: I was very disappointing that the kitchen and bathroom were not cleaned on the 2nd day, which is unsatisfactory given how much we had paid. The air conditioning wasn't strong enough for the space, and it got quite stuffy and hot at night.

Summary: It was ok – great communication, beautiful space, shame about the cleaning/upkeep.

Positive: My husband and I came to Milan for a football match. We only stayed one night, but we had the best experience! Communication with the hostess was quick, easy and relaxed. We could help ourselves to complimentary coffee and cookies. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the modern design of the rooms, as well as the beautiful building that reminded me of the roaring 20s! Location was great for us as it was only a 40min walk to the stadium, so we did not need to use the metro. Overall, a great experience, we will be happy to recommend this place to other travellers!
