Positive: location and walkability, free parking, amazing breakfast and all day tea/coffee, microwave and dishes to make own small meals, balcony, small number of units. Shower pressure, decor.

Negative: no air conditioning, and there were ants in the unit that they had to come and spray. we were on the 6th floor. No extra rolls of toilet paper and we had to go get some more. It would be nice to have a gym there, but I know the space is small.
