Positive: Patrizia was a wonderful Host. The location is wonderful- a newly rebuilt facility that was once a family getaway in the hills near Barolo. The town is beautiful with some great restaurants and stunning views. The host makes you feel like family and simply goes above and beyond any expectations.
Negative: I cannot say a bad thing.

Positive: It was very clean and the hospitality was great. It was a very nice pool. The breakfast was very good and it was several choices for breakfast. The host was very service minded she make you feel very welcome. The interior of the hotel was very pleasant and thoughtful design. We had our dog with us and he was very well treated.

Positive: The host is amazing! They helped us with reservations and we can not thank them enough! As well the breakfast was superb!
Negative: The bed could be a bit bigger and more comfortable :) but this is complaining on a high level!
