Two story single home in quiet, safe and peaceful neighborhood just outside of campus. Great for duck football games at Autzen, track events at Hayward, Eugene marathon, shows and games at Matt Knight arena, UofO events, including graduation. On dead end street with lots of parking. Short drive, moderate walk, bike, jog to UO’s Autzen Stadium, Hayward Field, Matt Knight Arena, Hult Center, downtown etc. Full kitchen with island and seating plus large dining table that seats 8+. Includes instant pot, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Kurig coffee maker. Formal dinning room next to living room with lots of seating, recliners, coffee table. Three large, HD TVs, one is new 65 inch LED smart fire TV. Subscriptions available include YouTube TV includes all sports channels and ability to watch four games at once. Also logged into paramount plus, peacock, HBO Max etc for a movie night in. Washer and dryer. Clean, easy to use high end Elliptical. Great yard, patio, deck to enjoy after a day out or morning coffee from the Kurig. Coffee pods provided. Summary: This house is a beautiful, clean house located in a quiet residential neighborhood. My family and I stayed in this house due to attending orientation at the University of Oregon. House is 5-10 minutes away from the University. We had a comfortable stay at the house and I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay at a four bedroom house in the Eugene area. The host Nick is very friendly and easy to work with!
