Positive: The house was a very comfortable and affordable. Fenced yard allowed us to bring our dog. Hot tub was nice to relax in after a day at the beach. Internet was fast. Place was very clean

Negative: Some of the light switches didn't work. One of the bathroom fan lights was not working. The hot tub light kept turning off when we were in the tub. And the bathroom fan was really loud.

Positive: We loved the fenced yard for our dogs. The house was very clean with lots of amenities. The hot tub worked well and was easy to use. It was a only short distance to Nehalem Bay and Manzanita.

Negative: The yard needed mowing, the screen door onto the patio was rusted and kept falling off. The deck and barbecue grill needed maintenance, and the house had an overall older feel.

Summary: We were able to book this house last minute, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Comfortable beds- soft for my sciatica so we slept well. Kitchen well equipped though only salt and pepper supplied. Hot tub is great. All rooms quite comfortable. The decor is super cute.

Negative: Spider webs on the windows but other than that all was great.
