Positive: Good apartment. Thank goodness for fan as it reached y39°C one day and very stuffy and humid throughout. As these are 18th century buildings, air conditioning wouldn’t be allowed.

Negative: Seedy location. Not dangerous but seedy. Down and out sleeping in the street 10m from apartment. Lots of dirt and rats on the street. Mouse seen in apartment.

Positive: Very good location, almost in the centre near the old town. Complementary bottle of Bordeaux awaited us and that was very nice from the host. The appartments are realy cosy and quiet. High ceilings create good ambiance and comfort for living. The bed and linen were of very good quality. In case of traveling to Bordeaux would stay there again.

Negative: The area around looks a little bit scary and unsafe, but we had a several strolls during the night time and there were no any unpleasant incidents there.

Positive: Very cozy and comfortable apartment. Convenient location, short and easy walk from the center.

Negative: The alleyway outside was a little bit dodgy at times, but it still felt safe and apartment was lovely.

Positive: The apartment is tastefully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Mathilde was a great host and was super helpful during our stay. Location is very convenient for getting around Bordeaux.

Negative: The area outside the apartment seems a little sketchy at times but we had no issues and felt safe in the area but perhaps worth keeping in mind for lone travellers.
