Positive: Cottage was perfect for what we wanted. Close enough to Betws-y-Coed and the walks, waterfalls etc.. but far enough away you weren't in any hustle and bustle. Living room and bedrooms were great. Kitchen had all we needed.

Negative: The washing machine was dirty and had hair in the seal so we didnt use it. We did have to purchase our own wood for the fire, which is fine, but a few logs for the first night would've been appreciated.

Positive: The house was wonderful — it had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. The décor was beautiful, the heating worked perfectly, and we especially loved the fireplace. The kitchen was fully equipped too, which made our evening cooking so easy.

Negative: The only things that could be improved are the basics: with four people, a couple more bin bags and toilet rolls would have been helpful. We also didn’t receive a response via the Booking chat. We understand it’s managed by an agent, but a quick reply there would make communication much easier. We didn’t need to call the number provided since nothing urgent came up.

Positive: Excellent location in a small friendly little village. Very clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds and excellent facilities. Perfect for our family and pup. Separate secure area for dogs to play which really helped. Second bedroom was cold upon arrival but heating soon kicked in.

Negative: We arrived at night and parking wasn't easily seen or explained in advance. We ended up parking in a neighbours spot but they lovely and very understanding about the mix up.
