Positive: I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel BV last Saturday and it was truly an extraordinary experience. The room was absolutely beautiful, furnished with premium-quality furniture and thoughtful details. I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary Aqua Panna water in the room — a nice touch that speaks volumes about the quality of service. Everything was top-notch, but what made the stay truly unforgettable was Claudio. He welcomed us with such warmth and made us feel right at home. On top of that, he prepared the best Wagyu beef I’ve ever tasted — simply unforgettable! I will definitely return whenever I get the chance. The hotel is conveniently located just 20 km from Bergamo Airport, which makes it even more appealing. By far, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in this region!

Positive: Great staff, exceptionally clean room and excellent food. Excellent location for getting to Milan Linate. Beds are super comfy

Negative: This is a party hotel, DJ sets etc, it needs a really good clean, cigarette butts everywhere and odd smells. I thought cats, but not so sure. The roof top in daylight is a bit grim, but few hours deep cleaning would turn this into a little gem

Positive: Claudio was very welcoming, thank you for the drinks ! Modern nice rooms. It seems though it is more of a party hotel (rooftop) with only 7 rooms. Enough parking spots. Food at the restaurant was nice and very decent prizes.

Negative: Bad surprise at 7am when there was no coffee in the room, only tea :-(
