Summary: All the comforts were thought out when this old farmhouse was gutted and modernized to make it a bed & breakfast; interior walls have sound proofing insulation, the plumbing is professional strength, and central air conditioning serves the entire house. The owners live on site and cater to their guests needs. Breakfast is at the time of your choosing and made to order. Given advance notice, the owners can get what you want for breakfast within reason for this rural area. The B&B is in the country about six or seven miles from SUNY Potsdam and Carlson University, and it is not far from Canton's colleges.

Summary: The owners were very patient with us as our check in time kept moving due to circumstances that occurred during our travel. We appreciated their understanding and kindness when we arrived. The location is rural but perfect for getting to any of the neighboring towns. As I have heard from others... 10 out of 10.. I would stay again.

Summary: The room was beautiful and super comfortable. The owner was easy to talk to and very accommodating. The living room is huge with lots of comfortable seating. Bonus...if you like dogs, they have three that you can love! But don't worry, if you don't like dogs, they keep them away unless you ask.
