Negative: Only because of my age( 75) the very steep stairs to the bedroom above the main bedroom.

Positive: Beautiful little cottage in nice surroundings. Everything you need, with fully equipped kitchen. Very private with plenty of parking space for our motorcycles. Letterkenny only around 10 minute drive away. Great central location for exploring Donegal.

Positive: Traditional cottage,the setting was lovely,we had fantastic weather,surrounded by fields and lovely trees and bird song.everything was provided that we needed and more.rural yet a short drive to either a garage/shop or the large town of LetterKenny

Positive: Convenient to both Letterkenny and Glenveagh, remote enough to have your own space.

Negative: There was a terrible smell of oil or paraffin the whole time. Honestly we all had headaches from it. The stairs to the upstairs is also in my opinion dangerous for getting up and down. There was some mould beside the bed upstairs. As much as I enjoyed reading the history behind the cottage, I found it to be cold and not worth the price paid given the overwhelmingly strong smell of oil.
