This cozy cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and one bedroom has two twin size beds, and a sofa sleeper. Step outside to take in beautiful views of Teal Lake and it is only steps away from the water to enjoy a picnic, swimming, or coffee near the lake. Bring your boat and dock it at the private dock and enjoy the beautiful views of the Northwoods. Outside you will have access to a grill, fire pit with lawn chairs and picnic table. Inside there are two sitting areas, dining room, and new washer and dryer. Butler's Bay Cottage has been updated with central air so you can cool off in the heat of the summer. If you need extra space, you can add on Butler's Bay Cabin next door for larger groups! Teal lake is well known for its fishing and its adjoining lake, Lost Land Lake.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have come to the Clam Lake/Hayward area to fish twice a year with my family and friends and have stayed in numerous places. Dollar for dollar, I have to say this was the BEST!

Summary: Great cabin. Enjoyed our stay Didn't realize the lake was a 10 mph lake. Would have been nice to see this in the property description. The reception is terrible there, a house phone would be a great addition for emergencies. Other amenities for the cost would be great such as small toiletries, garbage bags,firewood and towels. We only say this because we own a rental and include many and more amenities. Early checkout is not friendly. We left the property just about as clean as it was when we arrived, would have lined to enjoy a bit more time there in the morning.
