Positive: We had a considerable separation in the floor that the staff put a rug over it to hide it. It was so bad that the night stand was 2” out of level. Tile in bathroom was poorly repaired. The bathroom door would not close and the front door was very hard to close and did not secure adequately

Positive: I did not know there was a breakfast, as was not made aware of this at any point of several contacts.

Negative: We had no shower curtain. I received a text while out of the room if everything was alright and told them there was no shower curtain. I thought there would be one upon our return to the room but there was not. I had to ask for one at the front desk. The front desk staff was friendly. There was a significant gap around the door so the air conditioner could not keep up and its air filter light was on for maintenance on the air conditioner.

Summary: Better than sleeping in car and had a place to shower. Cheap updates.

Positive: This was such a nice clean room! The bed was super comfortable ! The owner reached out periodically just to make sure we were pleased! Wifi worked great!

Negative: There is nothing I didn't like.

Positive: Good value, good location for the university.

Negative: We arrived late, it was dark. Room wasn’t well lit and did not notice until the middle of the night there were a significant number of dead bugs on the window sill behind one of the beds, not very pleasant. Also the heater untie was loud and not very efficient so the room was cold. Bathroom didn’t have any heating so it was cold in the morning.
