Positive: unexpectedly very clean and spacious. love the big futon and the extra ones they provided us. big tv. me and my son spent the whole day playing board games in the room without any concerns. they provided baskets to organize our stuffs. plenty of towels, hair dryer, amenities, etc. the bathroom is a bit cramped, but it is good enough.

Negative: it was a bit difficult to find space to put towel and change clothes in the bathroom, but we figured it out by using the extra baskets outside of the bathroom.

Summary: great clean spacious room with reasonable price

Positive: Once you know what to expect, it is a good place to stay. No-frills but just what you need for a decent stay. The room was clean and the amenities were satisfying. The bed is very comfortable.

Negative: If you don’t speak Japanese, it is impossible to contact the staff who are practically invisible. We were fortunate that someone was checking in so we were able to use Google translate and communicate face to face. They should make it clear how foreigners can get in touch with them

Positive: The room was more spacious than city hotels and the futon bed was very comfortable

Negative: The bathroom was very very small And tight. Would have preferred 2 pillows instead of one. Once we checked in, it was impossible to contact any staff, they simply disappear. I tried to contact them via Booking App and still didn’t get a response

Summary: Very basic and unable to communicate with staff as reception is unmanned
