Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Burty's Snug. The place is very cosy, clean, and has everything you need for a quiet getaway. Deborah met us when we arrived and was very friendly. She gave us some great recommendations for things to do in the village. We’d happily stay here again!

Positive: The location for public transport was excellent - we used the bus and train services. The walk s were lovely from the house and there were really nice pubs in the village.

Negative: The owner is very helpful and kind. The property is as small as described and had all required amenities.. Unfortunately, we had to forego our second night because we didn't put the pull out bed up properly and it was too uncomfortable. If you are over 6ft it will be a problem even if up correctly - check the instructions. If you need quiet it's on 40mph a road so noisy if not used to it.

Summary: Lovely host, great spot, amenities and location but spoilt by very uncomfortable sofa bed.

Positive: Such a lovely stay at Burty's Snug very cosy, Clean and warm. our two dogs were very welcomed and were safe while accessing the garden. Everything was perfect from start to finish, We had everything we needed at Burtys for our stay. Deborah the host was very friendly sent a message re the thermostat and promptly Deborah replied and everything was explained. I met Deborah on my second day at Burty's and felt as as if i had known her for many years so relaxed and friendly. We had such a positive experience we are hoping to return Amanda and Ian
