Positive: Friendly welcome by Staff who introduced us to the facilities room was perfect for me and my daughter evening meal was lovely cooked fresh and good value for money breakfast was superb and being able to have the use of the spa after departure was perfect couldn’t recommend this experience more in a busy week it what you need thank you to all the staff.

Positive: I was travelling for work and booked last minute, arriving later than expected, and I was very grateful that the staff met us and showed us to our room. The building is old and the room is quite dated for the price, and the shower didn’t have much water pressure. However, the spa area was lovely and clean, the pool was warm, and the food in the restaurant below was freshly made and delicious. Breakfast was lovely, made to order, with good decent coffee as well.

Positive: Had an external room which was the best I’ve stayed at here It was large with nice bathroom facilities

Negative: Thought the lady on reception was a little bit grumpy

Summary: Nice hotel especially if playing golf at Kington GC brekky just okay and staff seemed a bit down in the dumps overall
