Positive: Bliskość morza to ogromny plus. 3 minuty i jesteś na plaży. Domki są nowe, wygodne, czyste, posiadają wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Fachowa obsługa reklamacji przez panią manager, która zdecydowanie potrafi zadbać o customer experience podczas rozmowy. Basen - w trakcie budowy, ale jak już będzie jeszcze się zwiększy komfort wypoczynku.
Negative: Piszę to z perspektywy osoby, która pracuje w turystyce, prowadzi własne biuro podróży i każdego roku odwiedza dziesiątki hoteli w kraju i za granicą, ma więc porównanie standardów, cen i udogodnień. Do hotelu trafiliśmy w trakcie trwania budowy. Zamiast śpiewu ptaków i szumu fal budził nas dźwięk betoniarki i wiertarek, a za oknem zamiast lasu sosnowego mieliśmy plac budowy. Niedopuszczalne, aby klient przed przyjazdem nie został o tym poinformowany. Przyjazd w trakcie trwania budowy powinien być świadomym wyborem, również każdy klient powinien otrzymać propozycję rekompensaty lub możliwość odwołania. Tak mówi etyka prowadzenia takiego biznesu. Na wyraźną prośbę otrzymałem znaczny rabat, jednak po rozmowach z innymi gośćmi wiem, że ośrodek z taką inicjatywą nie wyszedł, o ile ktoś nie dochodził swoich praw. Oceniam panią mamager wysoko za postawę frontem do klienta w obliczu reklamacji, ale obniżam ocenę za brak inicjatywy. Kolejna rzecz - za 7 dni pobytu w czerwcu, kiedy klimatyzacja pracowała tylko 4 godziny łącznie, nie było używane ogrzewanie, dodatkowa opłata za prąd wyniosła ponad 180 zł, czyli tyle ile wynosi miesięczny rachunek za prąd w 5 razy większym domu jednorodzinnym. Zapytałem o ten fenomen - w odpowiedzi od osoby na recepcji usłyszałem, że takie są ceny w ośrodkach turystycznych. Co więcej, każdy domek ma na dachu panele słoneczne. Innymi słowy nie dość, że klient płaci za prąd jakieś 5x tyle ile wynosi rachunek, to jeszcze ośrodek zarabia na energii słonecznej z każdego domku. Rozumiem ideę, że ośrodek ma zarabiać, która jest bardzo błyskotliwa, ale przy wysokiej cenie za wynajem domku, uważam to za lekką przesadę. Trzecia rzecz - w jednym z domków przez szereg nocy do późnych godzin (1-2 w nocy) odbywały się głośne libacje alkoholowe.

Positive: Location is great. The houses are very new and clean. They are fully equipped and we were not missing anything.
Negative: Next houses were being still built/equipped in October 2023 and the noises were disturbing during the day.
