Positive: A huge thank you to Burak Apart! My husband and I spent 4 wonderful days in Istanbul, and I chose this hotel based on reviews. Now I can confidently say: every single positive review is absolutely true! The hotel is spotless, neat, and well-kept: clean bedding, a perfectly tidy bathroom and shower. The WIFI is very strong. The location is simply amazing — right in the lively Sultanahmet area, yet tucked away in a quiet spot. At night it was peaceful, with no noise at all. All the main attractions are within walking distance, just 15–20 minutes on foot. It really saves both time and money on transportation. Plus, there are plenty of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby. A special thank you to the owner, Sinan — such a kind and welcoming person. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Istanbul!

Positive: Our stay at Burak Apart met our expectations. The room was exactly as pictured. The location is central. The manager was truly helpful and courteous from the beginning until our departure. On our first day, our flight was delayed and we were forced to check in later than scheduled. The manager was very helpful and accommodated us. Recommended as a place to stay.

Positive: Impossible not to fall in love with this place. Sinan is a SUPER host, he gave the room as soon as possible and he showed his interest towards us from the first moment. He changed the towel, made the bed and cleaned the room almost every day and this is unbelievable. The room has everything advertised on booking and there is nothing you could need more. Soap for hands and bath, big shower, god bed, fridge, wardrobe and especially for girls and good phon. The apartment is really well located, 7 min away from tram T1 and 10/15 min walking from the main road the brings you to Sultanhamet zone. Even the neighbourhood is good, full of shops and restaurants but the in the night it gets super chill so you won’t have problems sleeping at all. Above all I want to show my real appreciation for Sinan and how he tries to run his business as best as possible, I wish him the best hoping to come back here in the future.

Positive: Very nice and helpful host. Great location, only 10-15 min. walk from Grand Bazar and Hagia Sofia. In the centre of the old town. Tram no. 1 also very close. Many restaurants and shops around the hotel. The room was quite small but great for the price. They cleaned the room every day.
