Positive: The Bunkhouse was comfortable and quiet. Close to the venue we were at daily and allowed us to get good sleep on comfortable beds in a peaceful location. My family enjoyed communing with the chickens and turkeys, playing a few rounds of horseshoes and walking to the dock in the back to check out the landscape. Close enough to downtown SA to make travel to entertainment and restaurants easy.

Positive: The location was exceptional and the accommodations were nice. A small table would have been great to have.

Negative: The floor was dirty as was the shower and a dirty under the beds. their was a slight odor although not exceptionally bad. The microwave and fridge were both dirty as well.

Summary: We enjoyed the location, comfort of the bed, the peace and the staff was very courteous.

Positive: This place is amazing lots of fun things to do beautiful cabins & property, w game room, camp fire, gold fish pond, and neat chicken coop n jar of feed for guest to Feed the chickens. The owner is really friendly, and helpful. I definitely recommend the roost for a fun family stay..
