Positive: It’s very close to the beach, 1 min walk. The staff were very friendly and responsive to answer any question or make our stay easier.

Negative: Very basic conditions, however the air conditioning was limited to work from 9 pm till 5 am, but it was not cooling properly. One of the days the electricity failed and it was no air conditioning or fan at all for the rest of night and morning. The AC is must there!

Positive: There was hot water and electricity all the time. The location was great, we could hear the waves from our room. The place was very spacious. Anytime we needed anything one of the Señoras promptly helped us out. There were friendly cats that came by for some love.

Positive: This is a very basic clean accommodation. Fluffy towels. Sole staff person was very attentive. Enclosed parking. Some nice landscaping. Lots of good information emailed to us up front about the nature of the community and lack of services such as ATM and grocery store.

Negative: No sign or any indication in front of the location of bungalows. Because of travel delay we arrived in the dark. Two women walking in road turned out to be the sole staff person and a guest who could translate for staff person who had no English. I've attached two photos -- one showing entrance and the other showing property sign which was leaning behind bushes in secondary driveway. Communications with premises gave the impression that more than one person would be there and that referrals could be made for diving / snorkeling trips for reduced price. The sole non-English-speaking staff person found someone who could translate -- but she knew nothing about such referrals. Price seemed high for what we got, but the isolation of the location was probably the explanation.
