Summary: although "clean" the house smelled of mildew, many windows had no screens, making the airing out process more difficult. Water heater closet seemed to be the main origin of odor. We enjoyed the pier at sunset and sunrise, beautiful views of the lake and surrounding hills. No outside chairs or umbrella, Gopher holes and tall weeds made getting to the pier an adventure.

Summary: The property is right on the lake with access to the lake. The accommodations were comfortable. Lots of parking, new beds, large kitchen, large back yard, and great view of lake are great assets. Owner is making inprovements. Attention to the details will make this a 5 star property.
